Who says that cookies can only be sweet? Today I show you the opposite with these delicious yogurt and sesame multi-seed crackers, there are perfect as a snack or to dip. There are very easy to make and we will have them ready in a few minutes.
There are made with few ingredients; there are not only delicious, moreover the crakers also are so healthy, thanks to the multi-seed used: golden flax, black and white sesame, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
The result are a crispy and delicious cookies. On this occasion, we eat only the crakers, like a snack (the taste of the various seeds are delicious), but I am already thinking make this recipe to serve with a pretty good bowl of hummus.

Ingredients for yogurt and multi-seed crackers:
- 150 g flour
- 1 sugar free natural yogurt
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of black and white sesame
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- Multiseeds to taste
How to make yogurt and multi-seed crackers:
Preheat oven to 180 °C.With your hands mix the flour, yogurt, the olive oil, the sesame and the teaspoon of salt until a well mixed dough.
Then, with a rolling pin, stretch the dough between two sheets of baking paper, giving it a thickness of 1/2 centimeter. Cut it on the desired shape (in my case, triangles) and sprinkle over it the seed mixture.
Finally, bake it 15 minutes or untill golden and crispy. Remember that the baking time changes depending of the size of the cookies.
