This Potato croquettes are basically a ball of mashed potato breaded, crispy on the outside and creamy inside. Breaded with chickpea flour and cornmeal and without bechamel, these potato croquettes are gluten and lactose free.


Ingredients for Potato croquettes:
- 1 kg of peeled potatoes
- 100 g butter
- 3 egg yolks
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mixed Arab spices
- Chickpea flour
- 1 egg
- Cornmeal
- Oil for frying
How to make Potato croquettes:
First, peel and wash the potatoes. Cut into large pieces and cook it in plenty of water until tender.
Then, without letting it cool, mash the potatos with salt, pepper and Arab species to taste. Add the eggs yolks, mix well and let cool. If you have a Kitchen Aid, you can use it to mash the potatoes.

With your hands, make small balls of potato, batter with chickpea flour, then with the egg and finally batter with the cornmeal.
Fry in very hot oil until golden brown potato croquettes. Remove excess oil and serve hot.
