- 400 gr strong or bread flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 200 ml water
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
How to make Pizza dough: fast and crispy, only 4 ingredients:
First, mix the flour with salt, water and oil. Knead a few minutes until you have an elastic and non sticky dough
Then, divide the dough into two parts and stretch with a rolling pin until very thin (as you will see is so elastic that it won’t break).
Place the dough in a lightly greased tray and cover with ingredients that you like.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 15 minutes (depending on the humidity of the ingredients on the pizza, the baking time may increase).
