Ingredients for Papaya and coconut cake:
- 155 gr all purpose flour
- 20 gr grated coconut
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- 55 gr melted butter
- 150 gr sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon vanilla flavor
- 170 gr papaya puree *
- 60 ml coconut milk
- Optional: whipped cream or vanilla ice cream to serve.
