Ingredients for Lemon curd in less than 15 minutes:
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 155 gr sugar
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 100 ml lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 30 gr water
How to make Lemon curd in less than 15 minutes:
First, mix the yolks with the whole egg and beat until frothy. Add the sugar, water, lemon juice and lemon zest and mix until all ingredients are well integrated.
Then, put the ingredients in a saucepan to medium heat 8-10 minutes. It is important that we continually stirring so it doesn’t burn.
Finally, remove the lemon curd of the fire, add two tablespoons of butter and mix well.
