This healthy green smoothie is the perfect afternoon snack.
As I already told, I’m totally hooked on homemade juices and smoothies. And if these are green and detox, better!
I love to try different combinations of fruits and vegetables every day without preservatives, colorings or excess of sugar. What I love about smoothies is that it retain all the properties of fruits and vegetables used without wasting vitamins.

Ingredients for kiwi, pear and lettuce Green Smoothie (serves 2):
- 230 ml of water
- 2 handfuls of lettuce
- 2 kiwis
- ½ pear
- 1 lime juice
- Coriander leaves
- Ginger
Optional:
- Honney
How to make kiwi, pear and lettuce Green Smoothie:
Peel the kiwis and the pear, cut into pieces and add them in the blender with the remaining ingredients.
Grind and serve.
