Ingredients for Homemade yogurt with kiwi curd:
- 8 tablespoons kiwi curd
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk powder
- 1 plain yogurt/ingredient][ingredient]700 ml whole milk
How to make Homemade yogurt with kiwi curd:
First, place in the blender cup the whole milk, yogurt, sugar and milk powder. Beat just until integrate (if you beat excess will form foam and we don’t want it).
Then, place a tablespoon of kiwi curd at the bottom of each of the cups where we will make the yogurt and cover with the milk (if you want it, you can enter the kiwi curd in a blender with milk to get a taste more homogeneous).
Introduce the cups uncovered in the yogurt maker and leave minimum 8 hours and maximum 10. For my taste, and my yogurt maker, with 8.5 hours the yogurt will be perfect. After this time, take them out of the yogurt maker, cover the cups and introduce them in the fridge to cool.
Note:
You can reuse one of the homemade yogurt to make yogurt again. To do this I recommend you do one yogurt without kiwi curd to have a base of plain yogurt to start once you have consumed the rest.
You can’t reuse the same homemade yogurt an endless times. After 5 or 6 uses you will need to buy another yogurt to start over, because then it will cease to curdle.
Isn’t yummy?
