Sometimes it’s difficult to find different and original recipes to serve as a appetizer. We always come up with the same recipes and even if we want to innovate, either because of lack of time or ideas, we end up cooking the same thing over and over again.

Ingredients for goat cheese, nuts and honey filled dates (16 pieces):
- 16 dates
- 1 cup of milk
- 180 g of goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 50 g of nuts
- Honey to taste
How to make goat cheese, nuts and honey filled dates:
Dissolve the cornstarch in 4 tablespoons of cold milk and set aside. Put the rest of the milk in a saucepan over medium heat and, when it is hot, and non stop to stirring
add the cornstarch dissolved. Stirr until the sauce gets thicker.
At this point, remove from the fire and add the goat cheese cut into small blocks. Stir to melt with the heat of the milk.
Let cool at room temperature and let in the frindge about 2 hours.
Put the goat cheese curd on a pastry bag and fill the dates with it. Add the mashed nuts on the top and a splash of honey.
Serve and ready to enjoy!
