Then round about that place there grew a hedge of thorns thicker every year, until at last the whole castle was hidden from view, and nothing of it could be seen but the vane on the roof.
Ingredients for Coffee panna cotta:
- 200 gr cream
- 200 gr milk
- 5 gr (2,5 sheets) gelatin
- 120 gr sugar
- 3 tablespoons instant coffee*
- Chocolate shavings
How to make Coffee panna cotta:
First, fill a cup with cold water and introduce the gelatin sheets inside, trying to fit well covered by water for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the cream and milk in a saucepan over low heat until hot (don’t need boil). Add sugar and coffee and stir until they have been blended. In this moment you can add more amount of coffee.
At this time, remove mixture from heat, drain well we gelatin sheets squeezing them well with your hands and mix it with the cream, untill the warm mixture melt the gelatin sheets.
Pour the mixture into ramekins and introduce in the fridge about 8 hours or until well curds. Finally sprinkle chocolate shavings and keep in the fridge until serving time.
