Stuffed almonds are one of those things that, along with nougat, are never missing at Christmas table. Personally, I had never been encouraged to make them. But now that I have discovered how quick and easy to make them are, I will make stuffed almonds every year. We will only need a few ingredients and 15 minutes.

Ingredients for Christmas stuffed almonds:
- 125 g of toasted almonds
- 125 g of toasted hazelnuts
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 50 g of dark chocolate
- 50 g of white chocolate
- 100 g almond shaped wafer
How to make Christmas stuffed almonds:
First, put the almonds and hazelnuts in the bowl of the mixer and chop well. Then, mix with the icing sugar.
Next, put the chocolates in a bowl and introduce it in the microwave for 30 seconds. After this time, stir until melted. If necessary, reintroduce a couple of seconds more in the microwave, always at short intervals.
Mix well the melted chocolate with the previous mixture. Fill the almond shaped wafer with your hands or with a spoon. Fill two halves and put them together, squeezing lightly so hook to each other.
You can store it for about 20 days, provided that we leave them in an airtight jar.
