Ingredients for 6 Chocolate and meringue nests:
- 6 meringue nests
- 12 tablespoons nutella or chocolate custard
- 200 ml whipped cream
- Cocoa powder
- Chocolate eggs
How to make Chocolate and meringue nests:
Keep in mind that you can not prepare with many hours in advance, because the moisture from the filling will soften the merengue, so we don’t recommend you prepare more than 4 or 5 hours before. You can prepared all and assemble it just before serving.
Started putting 2 tablespoons of nutella or chocolate custard at the bottom of each nest. Then, place 2 or 3 tablespoons of whipped cream on chocolate curd or nutella, covering it completely and leaving protruding slightly above the nest.
Finally we crown our meringue baskets with the cocoa powder and chocolate eggs.
