Brownie with oreo cookies, very easy and quick to make; everyone will love it. It can be served cold or hot, alone or with a delicious hot chocolate sauce and/or with a big scoop of ice cream.
The only downside I’ve heard about the classic brownie are the nuts, as there are much people allergic to nuts and anothers who don’t like it. So today I cook a version of brownie without nuts: a brownie with oreo.
I couldn’t have imagined how delicious this brownie with oreo cookies is; now it has become in our favorite brownie recipe.
Ingredients for 24x22cm brownie with oreo cookies {nuts free}:
- 20 Oreo cookies
- 200 g black chocolate to melt
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 4 eggs M
- 65 g brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 165 unsalted butter
- 50 g cake flour
How to make brownie with oreo cookies:
First, place the bakin paper on the baking dish, leaving that the paper protrudes by the sides. In this way we will not only prevent the brownie from sticking to the baking dish, but it will help us to unmold it perfectly by stretching the baking paper upwards, and at the same time it will preserve the brownie.
Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Chop the chocolate into pieces and melt it together with the butter. We can do it in the microwave (on intervals of 15 seconds, take it out and mix, repeat until melted) or in double boiler. Let temper the chocolate to don’t cook the eggs.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and the vanilla paste; Add the melted chocolate and mix well. Finally add the cocoa powder, the flour and half of the oreo cookies chopped. Mix well.
Pour the dough into the baking dish and decorate with whole oreo cookies; bake it for 25 minutes.
It’s look like delicious, true?
Isn’t yummy?
