Banoffe pie is as rich as easy and quick to cook. This pie don’t need oven, so it is perfect for make with kids.

Ingredients for Banoffee pie:
Base:
- 100 gr melted butter
- 300 gr breakfast cookies
Filling:
- 4 bananas
- 350 gr dulce de leche
- 300 gr whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
Topping:
- Cocoa powder or chocolate sprinkles
How to make Banoffee pie:
To make the base, introduce the breakfast biscuits in a food processor and chop fine. Add the melted butter and continue beating until mixed. Press the mixture into the base.
Then, spread the dulce de leche over the biscuit base. Slice the bananas and cover all the cake with it.
Now, whip the cream, mix it with powdered sugar and cover all the cake with the cream.
Finally, sprinkle cocoa powder or chocolate sprinkles on the cake and let stand 3 hours in the fridge before serving to make it curdle and intensify the flavor.
