Every week we make yogurt at home and although most times are natural flavor, occasionally I like to give fruit flavor. Today, taking advantage for the challenge “Alfabeto dulce (sweet alphabet)” we should cook a dessert with blueberries and quark, I’ve thrown prepare delicious homemade yogurt: cheesecake & blueberries.
The result is creamy and very tasty yogurt, perfect for eating a healthy whim. This time, to not to add too much sugar, I use whole blueberries, however you can replace for a blueberry jam. Did you miss the advantages of making yogurt at home?
Ingredients for 7 homemade yogurt: cheesecake & blueberries
- 1 yogurt natural flavor (can be homemade)
- 125 gr blueberries
- 360 gr quark cheese
- 300 ml milk
- Sugar to taste
How to make homemade yogurt: cheesecake & blueberries
In the bowl of the mixer, mix the milk, the quark cheese, the yogurt and sugar to taste and mix well. If you want a homogeneous blueberries flavor and a purple hue in the yogurts, you can add now the blueberries and blend it together.
Then, split the blueberries between the cups and fill it with milk mixture.
Finally, put the jars uncovered in the yoghurt-maker and leave about 8 hours. After this time take them out, let cold, cover and let in the refrigerator all the night before using.
