Some of you have asked me in social networks where you can buy oat grains. Oat grains can be bought at any herbal shop, organic produce store and some fruit shops. Again, it is important to buy a quality product without chemicals.

Ingredients for 1 liter of vegetable milk with oat grains:
- 1 liter of water
- 40 g of oat grains
- Optional: a pinch of salt (potentiates the taste of oats)
- Optional: vanilla paste
How to make homemade grain oat milk:
First, soal the oats in water all the ninght.
After 8 hours, drain the oats and discard the soaking water. Add the oats and 1 liter of water to the blender. Blend the oats for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now, strain the milk using a strainer. Strain again, now using a cheescloth.
You can add a pinch of salt to enhance the taste of oats or some vanilla paste to add flavor.
Store the grain oat milk in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Remember to shake well before drink it.
